Thank you Gladys! This sounds delicious. Last weekend I soaked chicken tenders in buttermilk , garlic powder, jalapeno slices and cayenne pepper overnight. The next morning I drained the chicken and dipped them in a flour mixture then the buttermilk and back to the flour and fried them. They were delicious! I also did the same to the jalapeno slices.
