Amy, great idea about the individual portions. Never thought of doing it that way. Seems like my family is never at home at the same time ... and I'm always trying to figure out a way to make it easy on myself. Luckily, they all like lasagna. Any other ideas you can share regarding cooking/freezing? Much appreciated!
