Recipe(tried): How to Freeze Lasagna

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
Hi Nancy,
I just happened upon your message. I always cook my lasagna, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and then the next day, cut into individual pieces & wrap in cling wrap. I put the individual slices in a large ziplock bag & freeze. That way, I can get out as much or as little as I need. Believe me, it's saved me many a time after a long day at work when I had no idea what I'd cook for dinner. Just throw a quick salad together & some crusty bread in the oven, and you're all set!
Hope this helps,
Amy
