I love tips! I've printed your message and intend to go looking for Krusteaz fat-free pancake mix so I can try your recipe. Would you mind posting your bran muffin recipe for me?

I do have a tip, and it even goes with your pancake recipe! I've found a brand of pancake syrup that actually tastes good (at least to me) and is ZERO points for two tablespoons, or 1 points for 1/4 cup syrup (4 tablespoons). The name is Vermont Sugar Free, Low Calorie Syrup (Natural and Artificial Maple Flavor). I use two tablespoons of this after spraying Parkay's Buttery Spray on my Aunt Jemima Low-Fat Pancakes (microwavable - 3 pancakes equals 2 points). If I can find your fat-free pancake mix, I'd use that instead of Aunt Jemima's frozen pancakes.

I'll keep posting tips as they come to mind, and would love it if you'll do the same. Thanks!

Janet
