Thanks manyhats - that was a good catch! Four eggs should be listed in the ingredients.

This recipe seems to have eliminated the eggs from the list of ingredients. I am assuming that the eggs must be scrambled (but I'm not sure)and the amount would be a guess...perhaps 8 because the recipe serves 4.
If you still have access to this recipe, perhaps you could check it for us; it does sound good.
