Recipe: Apple Pecan Syrup (using maple syrup, butter, and cinnamon) (microwave)

Toppings - Assorted
APPLE PECAN SYRUP

1 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Put maple syrup, butter, and cinnamon in microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on high 2 minutes.

Add apples and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes more, stirring twice during cooking.

Stir in pecans.

Caution: Mixture will be too hot to serve immediately, serve warm.
