Thank You: Please Help need recipes to feed 200 Army soldiers!!!

I want to start out by saying "Thank you Chef " for your responds. The Army is suppling the kitchen and equipment, I just have to buy and cook the food. This is suppose to happen in Jan 06 so I still have a little time to prepare myself. I will have 2-3 people helping me with this.We were thinking more of a meat and starch dish. I hope this will help in helping me with this project! Again I thank you for your quick response and hope that I will be able to pull this off. I am a very good cook and have been cooking for 18 years. I just have never have to cook for that many people.
