Thank You: Question on Squash instructions -

Misc.
What a nice menu, Gina - wish I were there as your guest tonight! I read through all the recipes, but the instructions on the squash seemed a little incomplete - you didn't mention where the sour cream, cheese and cracker crumbs came into the process. I imagine the sour cream and maybe the cheese get put into the mix, topped with the cracker crumbs?? Or are the crumbs mixed with the cheese for the topping -

The coconut pie sounds yummy! As inconvenient as having the chicken breast with the bone in, don't you find that the breasts are moister when they're not boneless?

Your flooring sounds just gorgeous - maybe you can forward a few photos of it like you did some earlier pictures that Betsy posted. Would love to see it.

Love, June
