Thank You: Red Cross Lasagna - still looking

Thanks, but that is not the recipe I am looking for. I made it for years, using the recipe on the back of the Red Cross box but now I cannot find the recipe and can no longer find Red Cross lasagna noodles in our area. I know that the ingredients included a grated carrot, wine, parsley and that you simmered it for a long time (until reduced to half). It was wonderful! And although I have tried many other recipes, none is quite the same as that recipe.
