Thank You: Seppo, Thanks again. Sooooo..... Yummy.

Misc.
Hello Seppo, I tried the oatmeal with sweet potatoes and apricots this morning for breaakfast with maple syrup and soy milk. It was DELICIOUS!!! I may never eat plain oatmeal again. What a great combination. I love sweet potatoes . I would never have thought of using them in oatmeal. My husband and I are taking a trip to Quebec at the end of August to visit his cousins who are avid oatmeal eaters in a big way. I can't wait to share this recipe with them. You do not have your book in french do you. One of the cousins is a vegetarian and would love your book, but she doesn't speak english. Maybe I will have to take her a copy and she will havae to learn to read a bit of english. :) Well I wish you a beautiful day. I can't wait to try the next recipe. MMmmmmmmmmmm............................ Di :)
