Thank You: Sesame Encrusted Tuna

Sometime ago I had opportunity to try a fresh tuna with a sesame seed crust. This dish almost appeared to have been deep fried with a light (possibly sesame flour, if there is such a thing) breading. There also appeared to be a sweet glaze which probably was poured on after the tuna had been baked or fried.

This was not a normal sesame seed grilled tuna as the crust was definetly apparent. I have tried to find a recipe that would approximate this dish but to no avail.

All of you are my last hope .... can anyone help me?
