Black Sesame Encrusted Tuna with Wasabi Aoili

8 oz. piece of sushi grade tuna
2 cups black sesame seeds
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Season tuna with salt and pepper. Rub fish with 1/2 of the oil. Place the rest of the oil in a saut pan. Press the seeds on all sides of the fish. When oil is hot, cook on both sides to brown the seeds. Cooking time will vary, depending on desired degree of doneness. Serve over rice and drizzle with wasabi aoili.

Wasabi Aoili
4 T. wasabi powder
1 whole egg
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
salt and pepper

Add wasabi powder to a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and beaten egg to same bowl; Mix until smooth. Slowly add oil until mixture emulsifies. Season with salt and pepper.
