Recipe(tried): Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce - WOW!

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
WOW, this recipe is unbelievable!!! I've made it 3 times now, and it's one of the best things I've ever made.

The first two times, I made it with Mahi Mahi. I couldn't find the shiso, but this recipe absolutely rocks without it. This is some of the best sauce ever! I never transfered the fish to the oven - I just pan seared, and it was perfect.

I made it with tuna tonight and omitted the sesame seeds. I use sesame oil instead of canola oil, which adds flavor. I also topped it with fresh cilantro before serving. I'm going to make this dish over and over - thanks so much for submitting it!!!
