Thank You: Snipple Beans

Misc.

My grama used to make this (in Iowa) and we would serve the beans over pork as a soup - certainly an acquired taste but delicious!

Her recipe sounds like the second one that responded to your inquiry - fermenting - she used to make huge batches and then can them.

It would be nice if you could do smaller batches. Any ideas?
