Thank You: Snipple Beans still looking

Thank you Betsy for trying... I had located this recipe. The recipe I am seeking begins with cutting beans into French style beans and fermenting like sauerkraut. You then can these beans and make a soup for winter.. I have located the soup recipe... and I have a trial version of the beans fermenting.. as we speak.
