Thank You: sosaties

Thankyou for such a simple-to-follow sosaties recipe. my family and I recently returned from Portugal where they tried sosaties in a south african restaurant, although I am a Veggie i was determined to recreate them for the family. They were made were fillet beef however so I am going to try them this way first - have been to the butcher this morning, here goes! Best wishes from South Wales.
