BAKED APPLE PIZZA

1 refrigerated, ready to cook pie crust
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
3 to 4 medium Granny Smith, Rome or Fuji apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 to 2 Tablespoons butter
2 to 3 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
