Dear Elly,
I am in your debt; thank you so much for taking the time to send the recipe. It has been a favorite of my family for some time and always one of the Thanskgiving requests. Although I remembered the ingredients, I didn't remember the proportions. It is a deceptively simple recipe that packs great flavor! Give it a try if you haven't already, even carrot haters eat this.
