Recipe: Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing (blender, Carnation, 1980's)

HONEY-POPPY SEED DRESSING

"For a change, try this on your next Waldorf Salad."

1 small (5 ounces) can (2/3 cup) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
6 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Place evaporated milk, cream cheese, honey, and lemon juice in blender container. Cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into storage container. Stir in poppy seeds. Cover and chill.

Serve over fruit. Serve with canned fruits for a winter treat.

Makes about 1 2/3 cups
