EASY BREEZY EDAMAME
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups edamame soybeans, cooked and shelled
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or chopped parsley (or 1/2 teaspoon favorite herb seasoning)
In a saucepan, cook corn according to package directions. Three minutes before cooking time is over, add cooked soybeans. Stir in butter and herbs.
