Hi Dawn, Thank you so much for a great recipe! These sound great, my husband and son are such pepperoni "lovers". What a added pleasaant surprise, you being from NJ. I was born and raised in Clifton and my parents and brother live in Forked River! There is a Nancy on this site from NJ also. I receive care packages from home very often with food I can not find at our grocery stores. My parents just sent a package,including 4 sticks of pepperoni! There are no deli's here, but we can find the cheese sliced and wraped. I love living here in the beautiful mountains, but did not realize how spoiled I was having EVERYTHING available in NJ! My kids laugh at me, as the first thing I buy to eat when we are visiting Jersey is a fresh Bagel with cream cheese and LOX! What a treat. Have a great day. Patty Schoen-Jones
