What a lovely complement,I,m very much an experimental cook and love trying out
unusual combinations of fruit and veggies especially as I have 3 children and
want them to eat a healthy diet,my youngest loves broccoli(green trees) and
spinach but hates peas and carrots so its a challange to present veggies in a
way that will appeal,the cabbage guacamole is one of my success,s,I love the
title you surgest.I would love to write a book aimed at familys and
children,hopefully one day I,ll find the time,I file all my ideas away for that
day!!!!!!!!Please feel free to use them in your book.I,ll post you those squash
ideas a bit later as I,ve got the builders coming this am and I must get the
tribe off to school,thank you once again for the compliment.
