Julie, these are incredible recipes...

Misc.

Beet Risotta
Baked Ratatouille
Cabbage Guacamole

Are these your recipes? If they are, you should consider writing a cookbook.
They are very unique and sound fabulous. I was actually wishing they were my
creations so I could use them in my book, but these are yours.

YOU GO, GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!

These ARE really good ideas.

I'm going to make your Cabbage Guacamole for lunch today. Not sure if it's
exactly right for the mexican style that I'm doing, but I'm sure it'll taste
good. I'll let you know.

How does "Pineapple Cabbage Guacamole with Banana" sound?
There's the first recipe title for your book!
This is really rich stuff you've created!!
More later. Be well. Seppo
