Thanks so much for your replies.We do not get pomegranates often here except,as you said,in the fall. They are ususally expensive,too. We do have several health food stores that would probably carry the juice. I will check it out.
As for the lemon curd, I have seen recipes like that before, but was taught that canning anything with eggs was out. I know it is sold commercially.Seems you have more modern recipes than we do. I really appreciate you taking the time to post these for me.
