Thank You: Thank You to Gina, Fl

Misc.

This is a grateful "THANK YOU" to "Gina, Floria" for posting the narration regarding Cuba and the recipes that followed. As an ex-patiate of this beautiful island where I was born and grew up, It as refreshing to once more take an imaginativ trip back to my homeland. It was a greater pleasure to read he wonderul recipes that I hope will continue to be submitted since I no longer have living relatives that I can turn to for advice. Please keep these truthful and authentic recipes coming. I am so weary of the recipes that try to imitate Cuban cooking such as a recent one for Cuban bread (Pan de Flauta) for which they had substituted american flour for the light and airy rice flower used in Cuban bakeries.
Sincerely
Bob Fernandez/Lee's Summit, Missouri
