Recipe(tried): Houlihan's Smashed Potatoes - corrected

The comment is completely accurate. I managed a Houlihan's in Colorado and this is not their recipe. They used potatoes with instant potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, milk, heavy cream and dried minced onion. I was trying to find the quantity but found this incorrect recipe instead.
I can tell you this:
Heat unskinned potatoes in a pot with milk, butter and heavy cream until potatoes are soft. Then mix all ingredients in a large mixer without mixing too much. Yes, hot liquid goes in the bowl. Be careful!
