It's after Thanksgiving, I have a mountain of turkey left over, and
thought turkey burritos would be good. Ages ago, I found a wonderful
recipe for spanish rice on the back of a can of Hunts tomato sauce.
In some fit of housecleaning (thank heavens those don't hit too often)
the can was introduced to Mr. Trash, and I've been without it ever
since. Your recipe is a very close approximation. Thanks so much!
