actually for my mother, who makes a fierce Strawberry Jam each spring. But who,
somehow, I have indirectly influenced to recently stop consuming white sugar.
Her jam recipe is loaded with sugar and she was thinking that she'd have to give
up making Strawberry Jam. Now she won't have to. Thanks for the leads. I'll
let you know how this years batch of Strawberry Jam turns out. Be well.
