Dear Seppo, We use the recipe off of the box of a product called Pamona's
Universal Pectin, (sorry I don't have it in front of me) Pamona's Universal
Pectin uses the calcium in fruits to make the jam congeal. You can use honey,
fruit juice, or just the sweetness of the fruit itself as a sweetener. With the
pectin comes recipes and the telephone # for the "Jamline". One box makes about
20 cups of jam. We discovered this while searching for diabetic recipes that
my daughter could eat. Pamona's Pectin can be purchased at health food stores,
