PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE POPS
Source: Simply Colorado, Nutritious Recipes for Busy People by Colorado Dietetic Association Staff
3/4 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into four 5-ounce paper cups.
Cover cups with foil; insert wooden sticks through foil into mixture.
Freeze several hours until firm. To serve, remove foil and tear off paper cup.
