Thank You: Using Raw Fish

Hi Chris... thank you for the raw fish advice. None of the fish you mentioned have been available in my rural area. Guess I'll need to do some 'big city' shopping.

Am a 70-yr-old widow on social security and funds are really tight; but, will start saving change and see if I can save enough for a good Ceviche.
