Thank You: Peruvian Canned Tuna Ceviche

Misc.
Margie! Bless your sweet heart for making the time to find EXACTLY the recipe I was searching for. This really looks good. I was able to purchased some solid white tuna, recently, on sale and just need to purchase the fresh cilantro and jalapeno... on my next trip out to the 'big city'.
I love living in a rural area; but the locals don't explore much, when it comes to trying ethnic foods, so the one grocery store has a very limited selection of foods.
Certainly, I will let you know how this recipe tastes; probably will prepare it next week (if I can wait that long).
Again, THANK YOU, MARGIE for helping me with this recipe!!! Betsy... if you would, share my e-mail address with Margie, maybe we can chat via that medium, if it is okay with Margie. LaDonna with the happy smile for receiving this recipe.

A Note from Betsy at Recipelink:

Dear Margie, Please e-mal me if you'd like LaDonna's address.

Warmest regards.
