I'm so glad that this recipe was a help. I never thought of using rum in this. I usually use a good rum flavoring (Watkins is my favorite)when I make chocolate mousse cake. I will have to try adding some of this next time I make this. Sounds really good. I wonder how blackberry brandy or maybe some cherry or raspberry would be in this? Maybe I better stick with the rum flavoring, its safer.
