ISO: Look for the raspberry Russian Cake

Hi Every one,

Hope you are having a good Sunday....

I am looking for a cake we buy at some of the better bakeries here call Raspberry Russian cake or just Russian Cake....It is made for left over white cake with some kind of Rum or wine.... pressed in a loaf pan and cut in tin slices....hope someone knows about this cake...very good cake......Thanks
