recipe and will give it a try sometime. I, too have a nice recipe for stuffed flank steak that we enjoy. Like you, I forget about it for some reason but actually remembered it and I made it not too long ago while the weather was still cool. At the moment, it is a bit too hot to use the oven so I'll wait until we get the AC going.
