Thank You: Yum, thank you Olenka!

Misc.
Olenka,

Thanks for the recipe, I have added to my collection. I was wondering if you have the whole series of Round the World Cooking Library books? I am looking for a recipe for what I believe is called Mazurek or Mazurkas. I have recipes for Royal Mazurek, but it is not exactly what I'm looking for.

I always buy this at a Polish market here in Buffalo at Easter time. It is layered cookie/ cake like layers with apricot jam and raspberry jam. Then pastry is piped on top in a lattice form. I think it has 7 layers total.

1. Cake
2. Raspberry jam
3. Cake
4. Apricot jam
5. Cake
6. Raspberry jam
7. Piped on pastry

Sorry to put all of this on you but I have been searching forever!
