Recipe: Corny Frank Chowder (using Velveeta and cream-style corn)

1 lb frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (16 oz) can cream-style corn
1 cup milk
3/4 lb Velveeta processed cheese, cubed
1 dash ground black pepper
Saute the frankfurters, peppers, and onion in margarine in a 3-quart saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until the cheese spread is melted.
Servings: 6
