I noticed there are a bunch of chicken recipes in this month's edition of Cooking Light with the same kind of procedure...saute, deglaze the pan, and reduce the sauce. I haven't tried any yet, but a couple of them caught my eye, makes for getting the dinner on the table fast, yes?

Let us know if you get around to test-driving any of them!
