Do you know a tv show called Entrada, journeys in Latin American Cuisine?

Anyway, they go to different places in Latin America and talk to the people, see the sights, and make something to eat that is representative of the locale.

On January 29, they are going to Ponce, and I will be watching and thinking of you, my friend.

But don't give me any more weather reports, the rain (typical winter weather in Vancouver) is in the forecast, ad infinitum. Although it is unseasonably warm...it went up to 18C (about 68F, I think) the other day, shattering all previously set records). So I am too envious when you talk about sunshine and warm temperatures!!

love,

Carolina
