Hi Jrogers ~

In addition to ideas posted here on the Quantity Cooking board, you might want to cue in to the DINNER board here on the Recipe Link. You will see some wonderful menus... with recipes included ... that have already been posted by many very talented cooks. You can even do a search using the words make ahead. This will bring up special recipes that can be made ahead. Hope this helps. Kel
