Answer to CGin CA

Misc.
Dear CG, I appreciate your kind words of thanks, also to Betsy at TKL. Yes, I am still allowed to enter at the fair. I have been encouraged to do so from the head of the extension office. I think it is because I am not paid. I know that Lauria said they don't get many calls, but that is not the case here. We had over 3,000 calls alone last year on canning questions, plus all the calls during holidays about the turkeys, and even the health department refers people to us. We also go to various locations and test pressure canner gauges. So many different things to do. I have recently helped teach kids in the kitchen. I encourage you to check out what is available in your area. Sounds like you would be a great asset to the people.
