At last! No Boil Lasagna Noodle Recipe!

I'm so glad to finally find a recipe for lasagna that doesn't require cooking
the noodles first. I always hated that part - sticky noodles are hard to deal
with and fall apart when I handle them. The trick apparently is extra liquid in
the form of water or wine poured on top before cooking. Now if somebody can
just come up with a manicotti recipe that doesn't require me to cook the
noodles first . . .
