Beef Stew with a little "zest"

I often make beef stew in the crock pot too. I don't really have a recipe for it, but Kimberly's sounds very close to what I make...except I add a can of "Zesty Tomato Soup" or (since I have had problems finding that kind lately) I add a can of "Italian Tomato Soup" made by Campbells. I don't dillute it though, because I also add the beef broth. If you like garlic and Italian flavoring it's great. It gives it a tomato base though. Just another variation.
