Beege Re. Water

Misc.

Hi Beege, Start storing your water now before you do not have any! We have well water here also, and we keep on hand about 250 gallons at all times. My husband always does more than we will ever need. We store it in clean used milk gallon jugs and also 6 gallon Rubbermaid model 1166 water containers for camping. These are great! You should allow a minimum of 2 gallons of water a day per person. For long term storage only, add 4 drops of Chlorine (bleach) per gallon of water. If at first when using, there is a heavy bleach smell or taste, leave the amount of water needed in a bowl over night and the chlorine smell, taste will disappear. Hope this information will help you. God Bless.
