Hi Bonnie,
It gives me great pleasure to know that I helped you find a long lost recipe.
The first time I ever had this salad was at a graduation party for a friends daughter.I wasn't even going to taste it because I couldn't get past the unlikely combination of ingredients, but everyone else was saying how good it was, so I tried it. After that I was hooked, it really is delicious. I got the recipe from the hostess and have made it many times for my family.
By the way, where do you live in Ohio?, we are half way between Dayton and Cincinnati.
