Many, many, many wonderful recipes
have previously been posted on TKL using
these mushrooms.

The name of the mushrooms, however,
has been spelled a number of ways.

I suggest you search "contents" of
"all boards" and "archives" using the
following spellings:

Portebello
Portabello
Portebella
Portabella

You will find many wonderful recipes ....
briskets, appetizers, sauteed, etc.

Be sure you do both "all boards" and
"archives."
