Bouquet garni

It's some fresh herbs wrapped in a leek leave (green part) for making stock (or stewing or other long cooking process.) I usually add parsley, thyme, a bay leaf, and many other herbs or (whatever herbs you like.) Tie it with a string so the herbs don't fall out during cooking.
