Misc.I'd like some new pork (any kind of pork) recipes and/or fish recipes. (sole, cod, tilapia. I eat seafood too but I have lots of those recipes but hey, if your creatives juices take you there - go for it. Shrimp, scallops)
LIKE
I'm going to put a wrench in your crative process. My oven isn't working so skillet, toaster oven, or slow cooker recipes, please. I do not have a BBQ.

I think pretty much all spices are good. I'm not into HOT spicy. Warm is good. (I do use red pepper flakes (little bit, little bit curry, little bit cayenne. Although I do like jalapenos.)
I prefer HEALTHY/LOW FAT cooking so nothing with 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup of oil etc.
Asian is good. I especially LOVE Japanese food. If you go there, then any meat is good (again though no salmon).
Veggies - I think that is pretty open too. I do not like turnip though.
If you use an "unusal" ingredient, please be a dear and state how to buy a good one and how to handle it.
It is just me but I regularly cook a meal that serves 4-6 and then I eat it all week so no problem there.

I don't like anything orange flavoured.
I will not make a recipe that as mnetioned above has like 1/2 cup shortening, butter, oil, etc or Deep fried.
I think that about covers it.
