June's list
Misc.Things I and DH enjoy -
GARLIC (never too much there!)
rosemary/parsley/basil and other Italian spices/herbs
love pork chops or pork tenderloins, chicken, fish of most every type\
And pasta of any type, rice
any veggies, fruits, crusty breads
eggs (unfortunately, have to limit to a couple a week)
Love beef, but again have to limit it, also
Love to use my slow cooker, and being in FL, we grill out on the lanai several times weekly.
So that's a basic list! Let's hear some other things.
Tonight, I'm going to make the Oven Fried Herb-Seasoned Salmon recipe that Betsy posted a bit ago on this Board (2/27) - that sounded good to me, and although salmon is not DH's favorite, I think even he will like this recipe with garlic and the crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix. It's a way to get the "good" fish into him.
