We need to decide how we are going to

get the recipes to the participants. I thought of e-mailing them to each other. However, we would have to have Betsy's help for this. I thought that might be a lot to ask but there does not seem to be a lot of people who want to "play".

What do you think June and Marilyn?

Since I listed Japanese food and only pork and fish, I figure I had better amend that for the Japanese food. So if someone goes that route, they can use any kind of meat the recipe calls for. (Ok, except for weird, gross stuff!)

June, I have already started thinking about your list and I have a few recipes I will have to type out for you. (One of my recipe books is on loan so I have to wait for its return.)
